Madam Hawa, Paramount Chief
Madam Hawa has gone to be in our Lord’s holy presence. She was the first female Paramount Chief in Sierra Leone. She used her position to further the Gospel leaving a legacy of eternal impact. Thank you Lord for Madam Hawa’s life, her faithfulness and obedience to you.
Madam Hawa was the first female Paramount Chief and the oldest in all of Sierra Leone. She lead the Imperi Cheifdom which is located in the southern region of the country called the Bonthe district. She had asked us to put a church in every village in her district. Madam Hawa taught her people about Jesus every night while also singing songs of praise. A remarkable woman who loved God very much.
